The dynamic growth in the sales of Puma products resulted in the emergence of a need for a new centralized product management solution. Until now, employees were wasting a lot of time using distributed solutions.

Product management apps were not syncing with each other. Data had to be entered manually or synchronized using specially exported files. Further complications resulted from the need to provide remote access to some applications.
All data and information used in outdated management systems were collected, and then used to design a web application. To unify views and streamline their design, the design system was developed from scratch. Thanks to this approach, both developers and UX designers were able to quickly design the necessary views.
